Heavy Lord is a Hardrocking Heavy doom/sludge band from Holland.
We play ultraloud and uncompromising music like a big kick in your guts.
We consist of 4 members namely Wes Lee on guitar and screams, Jeff on guitar,
Steve on bass and vocals and finally Wout on drums. Our influences reach all the way
from Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin to the newer brand of doom and sludge in the nineties along with some less obvious bands.
 
Untill now we managed to record three full-length albums all of which released by
Solitude Productions from Russia. We played over 180+ gigs and plan to do much more from churches to festivals to your local shithole pub around the corner. We did
a couple of tours with and we shared stages with the mighty High on fire, Crowbar, Nebula, Weedeater, Amenra, Gojira, Reverend Bizarre, Debris inc. and much more.
 
In 2010 we planned to bring out a new album which will be heavy as fuck.
Starting where we left off with Chained to the world (our latest record) but
with a lot more new influences and sounds.
